Image resizing can be necessary for many different occasions. If you are submitting a portfolio, the company may require you to attach your professional details along with a business card-sized photo. Online employment forms also request details of your qualifications along with a business card-sized image. In all these instances, you need to change the size of an existing image to a business card size. The standard business card is 2 inches by 3.5 inches.

Using the Paint Application
Click the “Start” button in the bottom-left corner of the Windows taskbar.
Click on “All Programs” > “Accessories” and then click “Paint” to launch this application.
A drop-down menu will open. Click “Open,” and browse your hard drive to choose the image you want to resize. Double-click on the image to open it in the Paint program.
In the Home tab's 'Image' group, click “Resize,” and the “Resize and Skew” window will open.
Select “Pixels” and uncheck the “Maintain aspect ratio” inside the “Resize and Skew” pop-up window. Change the horizontal size to 350 and the vertical size to 200. Press the “OK” button.
